We are happy announce the completion of the acquisition of the Stora Enso Näpi sawmill. The transaction includes all the land and buildings used by the former Näpi sawmill, as well as equipment related to wood processing, excluding the sawmill’s machinery.
This strategic acquisition allows us to significantly increase its production capacity, ensuring expansion opportunities in international export markets while providing employment for local residents.

Expanding production capacity in wood processing, both in planing and painting, will help strengthen our position in existing markets and gain new ones.
